Concurrent Breakout: Managing Labor – how many people, and who employs them?

Determining and managing production labor crew sizes has never been more important.  In this session, we will discuss and demonstrate formulas and techniques to determine how many people restorers need for a given project. Not understanding crew sizing is the number one issue with budget overruns and low profits typically caused by having too much labor on the project.
