Pre-Convention Training
Class size is limited. Pre-Convention Course fees include supporting reference materials, continental breakfast, beverage breaks, and lunch.

Full Convention Fees
Full Convention registration fees include continental breakfast, lunch, the welcome reception, and entrance to the Industry Party.

The RIA is excited to offer a new First Time Contractor Member discount program making it more affordable than ever to become a member! Eligible companies receive a discounted rate of $299 / $25 (USD) per month for the first year of membership with the RIA.
*Eligibility
A company whose primary activity is directly providing services involving the restoration, cleaning, mitigation, reconstruction, remediation, abatement, environmental or similar services to the built environment or its contents that has never been a member of the RIA or whose contractor membership has been lapsed for three or more years is eligible for the discount. Note that membership dues are nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund, cancellation requests for registration must be submitted in writing before March 14, 2025. Please e-mail your request to meetings@restorationindustry.org. Please note, all cancellations are subject to an administrative processing fee of $100.
Live Stream Registration
If you cannot join us in West Palm Beach or you want to be able to access on-demand recordings after the Convention, you have the option to purchase a live stream. Those who buy the live stream will be eligible to earn CE credit. The pre-conference classes and breakouts will not be available in the live stream.

Group Registrations
Group discounts are available when three or more people from the same company register simultaneously in one transaction. The third person and each additional registrant above will receive a 25% discount on the registration fee available on that date.
Guest Ticket for Industry Party
Guest tickets are $199 and should only be purchased for non-registered friends or family members. The ticket will only be valid for entrance to the Industry Party.
RIA Roast of Pete Consigli
Join us for a memorable evening as RIA hosts a hilarious roast of Pete Consigli on Wednesday, April 30th, from 6:30 to 10:00 PM at the Palm Beach Country Convention Center. Tickets to this lighthearted event include a delicious plated dinner, appetizers, a cash bar, and an unforgettable comedic roast by friends and industry peers.
Tickets are $250 each and can be purchased individually or as full tables for 8 people. You will be prompted to provide the names and entrée selections for each ticket purchased. The deadline to purchase, and finalize ticket holder names and entrees is 4/17/25.
Tickets are available to all, and you don’t need to be registered for the convention to attend. Don’t miss out on this fun-filled night of entertainment and celebration!
