Hotel Reservations
RIA has secured discounted room blocks at two headquarters hotels in the heart of downtown Phoenix, both just a short walk from the Phoenix Convention Center. The exclusive rate will only be available through the official RIA housing block and only while rooms last.
Hotel accommodations within the official RIA event block are available exclusively to registered attendees starting on September 9, 2026. You must complete your event registration before booking your hotel room. The registration confirmation will include the housing link and instructions for reserving at the discounted RIA rate.
Book Early: The room block closes on March 11, 2027, or when sold out, whichever comes first.
Beware of Housing Scams: RIA’s official housing reservations are made only through the link provided in your registration confirmation. RIA and its hotel partners will never call, email, or text you to solicit hotel reservations or request payment information. Third-party companies posing as “official housing bureaus” may offer rates that seem attractive, but reservations made through them are not guaranteed, are not eligible for RIA rates or protections, and frequently result in lost deposits or canceled rooms. If you’re contacted by anyone claiming to book housing on RIA’s behalf, please do not provide payment details and report it to meetings@restorationindustry.org.
Travel
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is just four miles from the city center, and a one-way ticket downtown aboard Valley Metro Rail is only $2. The city is also accessible by car via I-10, I-17, and US 60.
Once downtown, meeting attendees will find that the Phoenix Convention Center is within easy walking distance of hotels, restaurants, pro sports venues and theaters.
Even more dining and entertainment options are accessible via Valley Metro Rail. The sleek trains glide across the city 18-20 hours per day (operating until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays), and an all-day pass costs only $4. Rail stations are located at the Phoenix Convention Center, Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, Footprint Center, Chase Field and CityScape.
Badges
You must wear your badge at all times. Note: exhibitors may ask to scan the code on your badge to send you information or contact you after the event. The choice of consenting to this lead retrieval or declining to do so is entirely up to you.
Attire
Business casual attire is suggested for all RIA events. Because temperatures in the hotel will vary, we encourage you to bring a sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort.
