Matt Hensley is a restoration industry leader with nearly two decades of experience across claims, operations, and growth. He started his career as a property adjuster, then helped build and scale restoration companies from the ground up through acquisition. He has led teams at the local, regional, and national level. Today, he serves as President of CORE Group, focused on raising execution standards, strengthening contractor networks, and building trust between restorers and carriers.
