Kelley Dolan began as a Business Advisor at Violand Management Associates in 2024. Kelley previously held roles at First Onsite Property Restoration and Maxons Restorations, Inc. Kelley has volunteered with the RIA since 2019, and in 2023 was elected to the RIA Board of Directors.  She has attained multiple IICRC, and management certifications, and is certified in Emergenetics, Predictive Index, and Dream Manager training. In 2025, she earned her SHRM-CP certification.
