Corporate Administrative VP

As Corporate Administrative VP Kelley acts as a leader on internal projects as First Onsite continues its mission to be the best place to work.  Currently, she has stepped into the role of leading the Global Marketing Team for the company but continues her support efforts with the IMO and Culture and Experience teams.  Kelley’s career in the industry began in 2004 and she has continued to pursue education and is a Certified Emergenetics Associate,  Certified PI Practitioner, Certified Dream Manager, and earned a Cornell University ILR Human Resources Study Certificate as well as an HST and WRT Certifications from IICRC. 

Kelley was honored to be the first recipient of the RIA Volunteer of the year award in 2022, a First Runner Up in Cleaning and Restoration Magazine’s Woman of the Year 2019 and a Smart CEO Brava Award in 2017. In 2019 Kelley joined the RIA Convention Planning committee and has loved every minute of it!  She has also been asked to help other RIA committees with other projects and is always able to lend a hand.
