Beginning his career as a technician, he has progressed through leadership roles overseeing mitigation, reconstruction, and operational strategy. Zac holds the Master Water Restorer designation from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is a passionate advocate for the restoration industry.
