Shawn Folks is the CEO and Owner of Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS), a leading water, fire, and mold restoration company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. With over 35 years of experience, Shawn grew up in the family business founded in 1974 and has played a key role in its growth. After earning his degree from LSU, he worked his way up through operations before becoming CEO in 2014. Under his leadership, GRS has expanded to six locations across the Gulf Coast and earned recognition as a top restoration provider known for its expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to service.
