Marcie Richardson is a dedicated leader in the restoration industry, bringing years of hands-on experience and strategic vision to the field. Currently, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS), overseeing operations across six locations along the Gulf Coast. With seven years at GRS, Marcie has played a key role in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that homes and businesses recover quickly and effectively after disasters.
In addition to leading one of the region’s top restoration companies, Marcie is actively involved in shaping the industry at a national level. As a member of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Education Committee, she is committed to elevating industry standards, advocating for restoration professionals, and expanding educational opportunities. Whether spearheading training initiatives, supporting legislative advocacy, or mentoring the next generation of restoration leaders, Marcie is dedicated to pushing the industry forward.
