I currently serve as Chief of Staff for Restoration Management Company, focused on enhancing consistency, efficiency, and technical expertise for RMC and its clients.

Prior to that, at J.S. Held LLC, my tenure as COO, Head of Technical Services, and Global Client Services Executive was marked by spearheading change and optimizing processes, along with client development and expansion, which are now instrumental in my mission to enhance service delivery at ATI. With a strong command of operational strategies and a dedication to excellence, the goal is to empower the team and exceed industry standards.

I am an IICRC Triple Master, Master Thermographer (Level III), Licensed California General Contractor, and Licensed Drone Pilot.
