Rick Isaacson served as Chief Executive Officer of Servpro Industries, LLC from March 2019 to October 2023, after Blackstone invested in the company. Recently, Rick retired as CEO of Servpro Industries, LLC, and remains a Board Member as well as a principal. He is the son of the founder of Servpro, Ted Isaacson, and spent the last four decades growing the Servpro brand and team. Rick is married, with four adult children who have all made their careers in Servpro, two at headquarters and two as franchise owners.
