Angela Bajramaj is a staunch advocate for the rights of restoration contractors. She comes from a family of contractors and grew up in the construction industry. She holds the distinction of being one of the few female lawyers in the United States who is also a licensed general contractor.

Before joining Restoration CrossCheck and partnering with Ed Cross to form the Michigan branch of Law Offices of Edward H. Cross, Angela was Corporate Counsel for BELFOR Property Restoration, where she oversaw all of its United States collections. Angela has a very “hands-on” style and was onsite with BELFOR in Florida with BELFOR following Hurricane Ian.

Angela has keen strategies for accelerating the collection of balances owed for mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction. She advises restorers on how to navigate the complexities of property insurance claims, how to defend against construction defect claims, and how to address regulatory issues.
