Wes Snowden

For more than 30 years, Wes Snowden has truly seen it all in the construction industry. A renaissance man and true gentleman, Wes continually goes out of his way to do what’s right for the client even if in direct conflict with the company’s bottom line. Honest and forthright to the very end, Wes has proven himself time and time again as the one you can count on, balancing the best interests of all involved parties.
Arriving at Charter Construction 16 years ago, Wes brought his boundless creative energy. Instrumental in launching the 24-hour full-service remediation
business, he also developed an unparalleled construction defect repair team. It’s here that Wes assists insurance companies, engineering firms, attorneys, and private owners with fact-finding missions to troubleshoot and resolve construction defects. His in-depth knowledge of the construction industry makes him a respected professional in the field of insurance repair.
Furthermore, in recent years Wes set his sights on remediation for the Senior Living space, helping our aging loved ones live better lives - an obvious course of action for a man with such a big heart. As a former bush pilot in Alaska, Wes is a man of many talents. When not roaming the Pacific Northwest assisting clients, Wes can be found tinkering around the house or more likely flying (or dreaming about flying). He’s proud of the fact a second-generation Snowden works for Charter, that being his son. And each day he lives by the personal motto ‘You can get anything in this world you want, as long as you help enough people get what they want.
Charter Construction is proud to have been the recipient of the Phoenix Award in 2022, 2020, 2019, 2017, and 2015.
