Craig W. Bethel is a Managing Director and Wealth Strategies Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank. In this role since 1996, Craig has coordinated the development, delivery and implementation of innovative tax-oriented strategies, advice and guidance for high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives and families in the areas of estate, financial planning, wealth transfer planning, retirement planning, charitable giving and investment planning. Craig also coordinates with the client’s team of advisors and conducts periodic reviews to help clients monitor progress and review investment recommendations to be considered in an ever-changing planning environment. Prior to joining the Private Bank, he was a senior tax manager specializing in financial planning with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP and owner/chief financial officer of a diversified financial services organization. Craig earned his B.S. degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from Florida State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification and the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations. Craig does not provide tax advice in his role at Bank of America Private Bank.
