After the 2022 convention, RIA members were asked to provide session topics of interest to them. The planning committee took that feedback into consideration when developing the schedule and created this session as a way to provide more direct interaction between attendees.  We all face common challenges in business operations and this is an opportunity to discuss them and share experiences. Tables will be set up with discussion prompts and guidance on how to keep conversations on track. This is a great opportunity to pull in the skills you gained during the keynotes as well as spend time together problem-solving!
