Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff for Maxons Restorations Kelley Dolan runs HR and internal operations of the company, which involves recruiting, benefit management, IT management, culture, education, and staff engagement.  Kelley’s career with Maxons began in 2004 and she has continued to pursue education and is a Certified PI Practitioner, Certified Dream Manager and earned a Cornell University ILR Human Resources Study Certificate. 

Kelley was First Runner Up in Cleaning and Restoration Magazine’s Woman of the Year 2019 and a Smart CEO Brava Award in 2017. In 2019 Kelley joined the RIA Convention Planning committee and has thoroughly enjoyed it!
