Senior Executive Vice President – Global Client Services Executive
As J.S. Held’s Global Client Services Executive, Adrian Frank maintains all insurance services vendor relationships by overseeing client contract execution and compliance for J.S. Held’s Technical Services Division. In ensuring our clients receive superior performance and consistent work product of the highest caliber, Adrian leads all quality assurance controls by managing technical services business operations in the field and at the project level. Additionally, in this role, Adrian will return to focusing more of his time on assisting clients with large complex matters and providing expert opinion for dispute resolution assignments.
Adrian previously directed J.S. Held’s Technical Services Division, specifically, was executive lead for all technical and insurance practices, and oversaw the development and implementation of J.S. Held’s training initiatives. Adrian’s successful guidance in establishing J.S. Held’s technical and insurance practices has allowed him to move into his current client focused role. Prior, Adrian was Chief Operating Officer for the company and influential in establishing J.S. Held’s corporate structure in addition to directing the execution of the company’s growth and developmental strategies.
Adrian Frank has played an instrumental role in the strategic expansion of J.S. Held’s operation throughout the United States and spearheaded the development of multiple offices in the Western region in response to the growing demand for the company’s services. Adrian was also previously tasked with quarterbacking J.S. Held’s National/International Restoration Consulting Practice as well as influencing the initial growth and expansion of the company’s Roof Consulting Services.
With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in construction management, cost estimating and claims analysis, Adrian’s wide ranging background includes being the Principal of AKF Associates, which offered consulting services such as dry-down and infrared evaluations, project and restoration monitoring, including interaction with hygienist and remediation companies to assist in building restoration. Adrian has developed repair scopes and cost evaluations for both fire and water damage, provided Clerk-of-the Works services, invoice evaluations and cost analyses.
Prior to founding AKF Associates, Adrian was the Regional Manager of a national consulting company. As head of Water Restoration Consulting Services, he provided expertise on construction and restoration projects ranging from single family residences to resorts and office high rises devastated by fire, water, vehicle, hurricane and other causes. He assisted with claims involving government, private and public entity projects along with water front and other specialty types of construction. Earlier in his career, Adrian worked as the Operations Manager of a general contracting company and went on to own multiple construction and restoration companies. His duties included inspecting, estimating, project management, cause and origin evaluations, and overseeing a crew for construction and insurance restoration projects throughout southern California. His early work experience has also included adjusting large and complex insurance property claims covering fire damage, water damage and mold infestation.
Ultimately, Adrian’s diverse knowledge in the industry from both the general contractor and adjuster viewpoints, give him an advanced insight into scoping, estimating, and investigating property losses as well as a broader understanding of the essential requirements necessary for successful direction and leadership of the company’s insurance service operations.
